Terms & Conditions Dato Judi – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1 Interpretation & Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Membership Eligibility

To register for and use the Dato Judi platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are an individual who is at least 18 years at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• You are a permanent resident or citizen eligible to use online services within your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list or recognised exclusion programme.
• You are registering for yourself only, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You have never previously held a Dato Judi account that was closed, suspended, or banned due to a terms violation.
• You are not involved in any fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities in connection with your use of the platform.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

Creating an account on Dato Judi is free and requires only basic information, including an active Malaysian phone number, email address, and password. Dato Judi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before large withdrawals are processed.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Dato Judi. Owning multiple accounts, whether using the same or different details, is a serious violation and will result in:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts
• Full retention of account funds pending the outcome of the investigation
• Cancellation of all bonuses and pending unwithdrawn winnings
• A permanent ban from re-registering at Dato Judi

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and profile updates is accurate, complete, and current. Dato Judi is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by a member.

3.4 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the Dato Judi support team immediately via live chat.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Dato Judi accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, AmBank and other major Malaysian banks that support FPX

All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit is RM 10 and the maximum daily deposit depend on your payment method and account verification level.

4.2 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow will be credited to your Dato Judi account within seconds. Deposits via FPX online banking are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your bank's system.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To make a withdrawal at Dato Judi, you must meet the following requirements:

• Your account has completed the basic identity verification process
• Any bonus received has fully met the rollover requirements
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account held in the same member's name
• There are no ongoing security investigations on your account

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits depend on your VIP membership level. Standard members have a maximum daily withdrawal limit of RM 20,000. VIP Gold members and above enjoy higher limits. For custom limits, please contact your personal account manager.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Dato Judi offers its members various promotions and bonuses from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash and must meet the rollover requirement before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Dato Judi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotions will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and winnings.
• Unused bonuses after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Rollover requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount received and must be completed within 7 days unless otherwise stated.

6 Game & Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

All bets confirmed through the Dato Judi system are final and binding. You may not cancel any bet that has been processed unless the system explicitly permits cancellation within a specified time window.

6.2 Technical Errors & Odds

Dato Judi reserves the right to void any bet or game affected by technical errors, system failures, incorrectly displayed odds, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the member's account.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports, official results from recognised governing bodies are final. Dato Judi follows official results to settle all related bets.

6.4 Live Casino Games

In Live Casino games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette, results displayed via the dealer's video stream are final. In the event of a technical disruption during a game, the affected round will be declared void and all bets returned.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Dato Judi platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Dato Judi system in any way
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other members to exploit games or promotions
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
• Spreading false or misleading information about Dato Judi to the public
• Acting abusively, making threats, or harassing Dato Judi support staff

Dato Judi reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund retention, and legal proceedings, against any member found to be in breach of these rules.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 By Dato Judi

Dato Judi reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time if:

• The member has violated any terms set out in this document
• There is suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity on the account
• Registration information found to be false or inaccurate
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• There is a legal compliance requirement necessitating account closure

8.2 By Member

You may close your Dato Judi account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal within 5 working days, subject to identity verification.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Any account showing no activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A monthly administrative fee of RM 5 will be charged on inactive accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. Dato Judi will send a notification before this charge is applied.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dato Judi is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages
• Service failures or disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond Dato Judi's control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures
• Loss of funds or information resulting from a member's failure to maintain account security
• Game or bet outcomes that have been correctly processed in accordance with the established rules

The Dato Judi platform is provided "as is" and Dato Judi makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Dato Judi will endeavour to maintain an uptime of at least 99.5%.

10 Responsible Gaming

Dato Judi is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe a healthy gaming experience is the foundation of a sustainable and ethical industry. As part of this commitment:

• All members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings section
• Options temporary break (cooling-off) periods from 1 day to 6 weeks are available to all members
• Programme permanent self-exclusion (self-exclusion) is available for members who wish to stop permanently
• Dato Judi uses pattern detection technology to identify members who may be experiencing problem gambling
• Links and information for gambling addiction support organisations are available within the platform

11 Personal Data Protection

Dato Judi collects and processes your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Your personal information is collected for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification
• Financial transaction processing
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Service improvement and user experience enhancement
• Marketing communications (subject to your consent)

12 Terms & Conditions Amendments

Dato Judi reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material amendments via:

• In-platform notifications on Dato Judi
• Email to your registered address (where applicable)
• Notice on the website homepage

Continued use of the Dato Judi platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the Dato Judi platform shall first be resolved through Dato Judi's internal procedures, and if unresolved, shall be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court with jurisdiction.
